About Karen
Ten years of executive level recruiting and talent acquisition, Karen began her career in search
with a boutique firm in Boston working with a variety of multinational companies in their quest to
hire top-notch professionals. In 2006, she was approached by an international search firm to lead
a team of senior recruiters on multiple rapid-hire projects for several international start ups in
the U.S. Many of these companies are VC backed, early stage ventures with high demands and limited
resources. Karen led the search process while balancing the expectations of both the clients, and
their VC's interests, while maintaining an evolving pipeline of talented candidates. With a solid
track record of hiring highly qualified professionals for dynamic emerging and established clean
technology companies, Karen launched Green Search Partner in 2006.
